The Church is so much more than a building; it is the family, the community of God’s people on earth. As part of that family, that community we would love you to join us.
We can’t pretend that if you accept this invitation you will come to a perfect church, but we can assure you that you will find a friendly and welcoming church of people with faith and vision, trying to apply the Gospel of Jesus to a modern world.

Our Vision
“Burnham URC seeks to be a local fellowship within the United Reformed Church providing for the spiritual needs both of those within the Reformed tradition and those of other, or no, traditions.
Trusting in the grace of God, the church will seek to increase its witness in the village and surrounding communities, to encourage growth in faith and in spirituality among existing members and adherents of all ages, and to provide the space and means by which others may come to faith.
The church will endeavour to play its full part in local ecumenical activities and in the wider councils of the United Reformed Church.”
What this means for the future is that we will seek…
1 .To proclaim the Good News of the Kingdom of God
2. To capitalise more effectively on our position and visibility in Burnham as ‘The Church by the Village Green’
3. To become a spiritual centre for the village
4. To become a church for the community that is known and used by the community
5. To respond to human need, in the village and beyond, by loving service
