10:30am Sunday Worship
The Lord’s Supper is normally celebrated on the fourth Sunday morning of each month and Coffee is served after the service each week.
10 am “Nigel’s Tuesday hour” – The church door will be open for anyone who would like to drop in for a chat, Bible Study, prayers and a cup of tea/coffee – come and meet and greet new friends.
8.00 pm Church Meeting (First Tuesday alternate months) or after church service on alternate Sundays
7.30 pm Elders’ Meeting (First Tuesday of month)
8.00 pm Friendship Club (third Thursday of month)
10.00 am Coffee Morning
(one per month – date and venue in Church magazine)
Every Sunday morning at 10.30am. during Advent there is something different happening in our services
1st Sunday in December:
Advent Sunday someone is chosen to light the 1st candle in our beautiful Advent ring and we sing the 1st verse of our Candle Song.
15th in December:
is a ‘Toy & Gift’ service and under the Christmas tree we bring small gifts for folk who will not have (m)any parcels to open this Christmas and/or toys that still work but are no longer played with.
Gifts are wrapped and appropriately labelled ‘Toddler’, ‘Teenager’, ‘lady’ ‘boy 5/8yrs’ etc. The 2nd candle is lit accompanied by 2 verses of our Candle Song and an empty stable is displayed in the front porch.
3rd Sunday in December:
we have two services – during the 10.30am. service the 3rd candle is lit whilst we sing three verses of the Candle song.
Then at 6.30pm. we have “Carols by Candlelight” followed by Coffee/Tea and hot mince pies.
4th Sunday in December:
A Communion service when the 4th candle is lit whilst singing 4 verses of the Candle Song.
A short Christmas Day Family Fun service remembering the birth of our Lord Jesus Christ. The central Candle on the Advent ring is lit and all the verses of the Candle Song. A baby is in the manger lying in the stable.
6th Sunday in December:
“Songs of Praise” the congregation choose the Carols.
